The Front customer service lady as you first walk in the door is rude, doesn't want to help, and stands there looking you up and down like I'm not supposed to be in there, and you get the impression they dont want you in there unless it's gunna benefit themselves. Went in to ask to see either a finance assistant or loan department. Only to be told they don't see people, yet a couple got called into a side office as i went in???? And someone else came out of a office that had been seen. Been with santander alot of years now only to be treated like this, IF you don't want my custom please tell me and il close my accounts and take my business and custom elsewhere. One star is to many really......

Staff in the bank have been really helpful. As a company though, they?ve put me through a lot of stress dealing with being a Power of Attorney. Not recommended at all.

Opened a New account online last week but decided to collect my card from the Kings Lynn Branch for security reasons.All Staff were very helpful and I was dealt with efficiently, despite the restrictions of Social Distancing that we?re being managed in branch. Highly recommended.

I was looking to open a bank account for the non profit making dance group I'm involved with. We were told, in branch, that was OK and all the information was on line. We held an extraordinary General Meeting to appoint Santander as our Bank and I had all the paperwork ready. I contacted the bank for an appointment so I and the other signatory could go and open the account only to be told that they don't have a business manager at King's Lynn and we would have to go to Spalding or Norwich ( 40+ miles) to open the account. If they had told us this when we first enquired we would have gone to a different bank. So Santander, Clubs and Societies don't really feature in your preferred customers list which I feel is a step back towards the dark ages! Could you not arrange for a 'Business Relations Person' to be at King's Lynn say once a week? We are however now opening a Community Account with Barclays Bank in King's Lynn who were very helpful.
