The guys at kings Lynn could not of been more helpful. Was it the quickest repair?.. no but they had to wait on the mirror and that?s out of their control and I had one of their cars. My partner?s insurance company decided to appoint this garage to us for his claim. The claim is for a simple bumper replacement, and has been open for almost two months. The people at Pronto said (without looking at the car in person) that my partner?s car would easily pass the MOT with no problems. Surprise surprise, the car did not pass the MOT today and cannot be driven at all.Due to this company?s lack of professionalism and communication, we are now left stranded without means of transport? I desperately urge people to reconsider using this garage?s services.

I was referred to this repair shop via my insurer, after an accident meant I needed a new front bumper, wheel arch and front grill for my car. I was offered a courtesy car for the duration of the repair job and my car was fixed in around a week. The repair job was excellent, with no sign at all of the prior damage and my car has never looked better. In addition to the above, the staff in the repair shop were very courteous and professional and I would have no doubt recommending anybody to the services offered here.

Just wanted to say thank you to the team for outstanding service we received at Pronto Accident Repair Centre from the start of the communications to the last. They needed to carry a full accessment on our Porsche Panamera car for the insurance company. They were very accommodating and reassuring that our car would be kept in a secure lock up garage because of such high value. The guys were Fantastic all the way.Highly recommended.The team are a credit to the business.

The lads I spoke to in the office were very polite and nice. However the quote I was given for repairs to my car were way too high. I opted to get another quote elsewhere. I ended up getting my car repaired for thousands less than I was quoted at pronto.
