Rude big women works there and 3 times now she has made me feel really embarrassed infront of other customers. Bad customer service . I suffer with my mental health and cannot get out much there's no need to be so unkind . I avoid going there because of her.

Terrible attitude, had 7 parcels, I bought postage on line & labelled, he moaned there was no money in it for him because I?d prepaid postage & kept moaning as he scanned them through. Kept saying he was going to have a limit of 3 parcels. If he doesn?t like doing it that much maybe he should not bother having the post office service. Needless to say, will avoid going there again
