Wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at the post office!!
I called today and spoke to a lovely lady (so sorry I didn't catch your name). She was so helpful after I phoned following complications with my parcel being delivered & the issues with the road closure. I wasn't sure when I'd be able to collect but I came home from work and the parcel was waiting at the door!
