Me and the family went last Saturday on our way on holiday and got the shi?stomachs bug for the following couple of days. It put a downer on our break. Whether that was from the food or having to share the service utensils with every other person at the buffet in there is anyone?s guess but we won?t come back. It also felt a bit run down. The staff were very pleasant though and made us and the kids very welcome.

This is a digital payment restaurant.
The staff show you to your table, give your menus, but you have to order on the app.
They bring your drinks, show you were to fill up the bottomless drinks, and bring your food when its ready.
You help your self to cutlery/sauce and plates.
The salad bar wasnt restocked, including the sauce. We had to ask for some of the food to be topped up.
Food came out quickly. The food was tasty and presented well.
For anyone who cant order on the phone, I do not suggest coming here.
The atmosphere is very open plan and child friendly, dont suggest for adults/date night.
Also, it was very cold. I wanted to leave as I was shivering, i suggest bringing a coat.
Overall, a good place for a children's party.

Will no longer use Pizza Hut as a dine in due to digital service the whole point of a restaurant is to eat in is to be served to savour the food and then to leave a tip when earned jimmy the service guy is awesome (believe he is a manager ) but I won?t leave a tip if I am doing the work not happening takeaway quick McDonald?s yea who cares but not you Pizza Hut you wanna save a few quid go right ahead but you have lost a customer who spends regular on good food and now you won?t be on my list sorry oh I did check your prices before I left getting a little greedy are we not !!!! This is not London

I dinner in the staff where great but the restaurant was very cold. My food was nice but got cold quickly due the it being cold in the place

Good Friday buffet was nice. The restaurant needs a serving window to the buffet pizza table. It saves the few staff having to move the pizzas.

Very poor customer service, we ordered an got the food delivered very late, and they served the drinks too early- the table runners was not friendly and welcoming- they dont even respond to when asking for,

Was a nice visit, not been to a Pizza Hut for ages. Very disappointed with the pizza, half of it had no cheese at all. Given how much they have hiked up the prices this left me feeling very disgruntled. Not recommended at all.
