This is a digital payment restaurant. The staff show you to your table, give your menus, but you have to order on the app. They bring your drinks, show you were to fill up the bottomless drinks, and bring your food when its ready. You help your self to cutlery/sauce and plates.
Will no longer use Pizza Hut as a dine in due to digital service the whole point of a restaurant is to eat in is to be served to savour the food and then to leave a tip when earned jimmy the service guy is awesome (believe he is a manager ) but I won’t leave a tip if I am doing the work not happening takeaway quick McDonald’s... read full comment
