Had a wonderful meal tonight (Sat 17th Jan 26 ) been at the hospital all day with the my elderly Mum so this was such a nice relaxing meal and the service & food were excellent. To top it all we had the most lovely friendliest waitress, so informative & helpful Sandra is a real credit to you Pizza Express . See you soon ??

We have never tried pizza express before and decided to nip in and try for lunch after a shopping trip.
We still haven't tried pizza express.
We waited a long time for our order to be taken the restaurant wasn?t overly busy.
The drinks came quite quickly but the food was taking ages. The lady on the table next to us said she?d been waiting an hour for her food.
We decided to pay for the drinks and leave when my husband asked for the bill the waitress accused him of raising his voice which he definitely did not. .
We just wanted to leave as we didn?t have time to wait any longer.
Maybe a name change could be in order from pizza express to pizza go slow. Any more laid back they?d be horizontal.

Third time of trying to eat at one of our favourite pizza places. This time the restaurant was virtually empty but we were told at least one and half hour wait. Totally unbelievable. Some sob story about sick staff and a large group of 20 expected in half an hour, so why open at all. Very disappointing. Merry Christmas Pizza Express to the Manager Saria, hope you get back to the standard and customer service once expected of a Pizza Express restaurant. Peter Boizot would turn in his grave.

The Team were courteous, and friendly, warm aymosphere and all areas clean. The service was speedy and enjoyed the loyalty rewards. Payment process was simple on my mobile.

Many happy memories had here, decorated nicely for Xmas and we had a seat next to the historical wall. My Romana pizza was partially burnt at the edges this time but otherwise tasted great. Thanks very much to the team for fulfilling the request for vegan loaded snowball doughballs (on the online menu but not the physical one), they were delicious!

Pizza Express hosted a party for our daughter?s birthday party. The children all had a wonderful time making and eating their pizzas. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. The cost is very reasonable and we strongly recommend Pizza Express King?s Lynn for a party idea for 6+ year olds.
