Lovely staff, but the food is very hit and miss. They're trying to make everything spicy and change the recipes too

Ordered a takeout for tea for my daughter and myself, said approx 40 mins wait. Hour and a half later rang again to be told 10 mins. 3hrs after original call.. nothing! Useless!!
