A lovely McDonald?s. Went here with the kids after school. We got told we needed to park up but wasn?t waiting long at all. A young lad called Henry gave us our food he was very polite and accommodating. I had the big arch for the first time I highly recommend, food was also nice and hot! Will be returning.

Huge criticism today was 20 minutes wait time for food. Fries ran out so watched burgers piling up being prepared and sitting there going cold. Mentioned this to someone behind counter that after this wait wanted a fresh burger - was completely ignored as my partner saw 2 burgers that had sat there for over 10 minutes go in our bag when the fries were ready. Too tired after 7 hrs driving to argue with people not listening but very poor service and standards on that.
