“My son just brought us a new tempur bed and motion base frame. The sales lady was called Kacey. I have never had such good customer service. She was extremely polite and helpful. Answered all our questions, having such an in-depth knowledge of all the differences between the mattresses. Sometimes you go to places and get very pushy salespeople. Kacey has mastered the art of being there to help but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to view and decide. Such a lovely polite lady that deserves a pay that equals the highest standard of service that she gives her customers. I could not think any higher of her.
