The continuing move to "self service" checkouts is awful, and accessing your app infrequently seems to have resulted in a requirement to change my password while queues build behind me, could do better.Staff in store were excellent, however, and very helpful despite my frustration, thank you.

Oh my gosh! I'd forgotten how good this shop is in pricing. There are some great sales going on while I was in there. I love that they have a good choice of most things in men, women and children's wear. A small selection of household bits and pieces that I didn't have a chance to fully appreciate. Great parking, easy access. Check Matalan out if you've not been. Go back if it's been a while. Well worth the stop.

Good choice of clothing, plenty of space for manoeuvring around with my lady in her wheelchair. Friendly helpful staff. But, it so warm and stifling, no aircon/ fans on at all, probably would have spent longer in there, but needed fresh air.
