Went in to collect an oil cap which was rush ordered. Staff were polite and did not try to sell me anything. I don't know what that says about me but I was hello'd and smile at.

Wasn't very happy at all. £168 for danostics fault finding hour. Not a lot of information given whilst waiting, expected some kind of half-half report, giving me some indication that they were working hard to find the problem. An extra hour is required so I feel like I could be looking at a very huffy bill. I feel like I'm throwing money into a bottomless pit. Booked up elsewhere where they quoted £126 an hour. Dealt with the Peteborough BMW dealership before and gave them 5 stars for customer excellent service.Not a happy bunny.

Good local BMW dealership, I have used it lots of time due to driving a BMW for many years, good staff, good location in kings lynn, you do pay good money for the service but you pay for what you get,will use again

Second time my Mini has gone to Listers in Kings Lynn and another great experience. Everything was made easy, it took no time at all to swap to the loan car and away, and everything was great when I returned to collect the car. It's clear that the service team care about the customers.
