We wait for delivery about an hour almost every time ...messages from customers are sent to those who deliver orders.. we lose time and money... we have to cancel the orders

Loads of free parking. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went in. The food was hot and fresh. Nice seating areas too. The place was clean as well, which isn't the case in lots of KFC's.

KFC Hardwick takes so long to prepare food. Says 15-30mins then the first driver drops the order and takes an hour or more to arrive. This happened twice already.

Ordered a 10 piece Family Feast?opened the bucket to find six pieces and two in a bag. Also mentioned of those 8 pieces, 7 were drumsticks. Server apologised and gave me two more drumsticks (both old and dry) in a bag! When I asked about some variation to the chicken I was told ?thats just the way it comes??.£24 !
Overflowing bins, dirty floor, dirty tables.

Awful experience. Tried using the order machine, would not accept my card, so selected pay at til. Was unaware I had to pay for my order to start being prepared so waited 10minutes before noticing my number had not appeared. Approached the counter, swiftly payed to be put last in the queue to receive my food. Waited a further 20 minutes whilst few orders were processed although all delivery drivers received swift orders and drive through were served in quick succession. After half an hour waiting and with no apology from any staff I received a refund and left. Staff especially the manager seemed unbothered and more concerned about keeping the drive through flowing and delivery drivers happy.

Ordered 60 piece popcorn chicken, took 30 mins to come to us, counted to see if there was 60 but there was only 44! Suing this place for false advertisement!!! ?Also crap service, just disgraceful ??
