By far the worst KFC I have ever visited. Ordering machine not working, soda machine not working, so only drinks available was water, chips portions smaller then everywhere else. Chicken looks awful, just chucked it in the bin. Picture is of what is supposed to be the 'bucket for one' menu, 8.98£. Not ever going back there.

If you've never been to a KFC ... It's fast food fried chicken, it's quick and won't break the bank but isn't what I would class as 'cheap'. This KFC was clean enough inside, the staff were busy and kept the line moving at a good pace. They were friendly enough and helpful when asking to order. The one thing that I don't like about KFC in general is there's always something that they either don't have on their menu or for some reason it's out of stock or broken. They consistently have this sort of issue at most KFC's it's a joke at this point

The place was filthy chicken on the floor paper tissue chip bags just been walked on unhygienic and also health and safety hazard walking cooked oily chicken across the floor I complained to a supervisor who just smiled about it the staff are clueless and don?t seem to want to be there also rats running round the bins beside the drive thru and food wasn?t hot when served the place needs a change of ownership or closing down

Waited to be served despite no queue - clearly prioritise deliveries. When I get served, I'm told they don't do do the vegan burger (despite 2 signs to the contrary) because they weren't asked for often enough but management won't let them change the sign.

Break down with the speaker service. We then were told to wait in the car park we arrived first. We then waited and watched the car last in leave more than lightly with our order. As we were then bought the wrong order and then had to wait for the right order. We actually went in after it, the food was no were near the actually KFC standard. The batter was dark hard and the chicken way over cooked. Will avoid in the future.

Ordering machines don't have the full menu, kitchen doesn't have the limited menu that is available on the ordering machines, ordering machines prompt for table service which isn't available and don't print receipts but also don't error, ordering takeaway results in missing food and no sauces, food itself isn't great. Rude customers, sticky tables and disgusting toilets. The whole place should be closed until they can sort their act out.

to crowded because of the wait/queue. This place supposed to be a fast food but it takes ages to get ur order. ??? Some employeesare too slow to serve. Dine in but lacking of plates and cups for the 1.5liters drink. Terrible and worst KFC branch.

Drive thru an absolute joke. Speaker ordering not working. Eventually got to window to order now been waiting in car park 30 mins as food not ready. FFS it's only fried chicken & chips. What the hell. Meant to be fast food !!. The most disorganised food takeaway on ?. Got home to find 5 out of the 6 pieces of chicken are drumsticks. The only piece of breast looks like it's been cut from a sparrow. Very very poor. No customer service & poor value. Some big changes needed !!!!!!

Possibly the worst KFC around.. and trust me there are loads! Food is poor at times.. like they dont have enough flavouring or coating changes . Waiting times are always a joke even when quiet! Seriously needs looking at! Lots more other things too.. I ain't going back no more!

The speaker box was out of order, so we had to drive around to the first window to order. It took about 20 minutes from arriving in the drive-thru to get to the first window, which was bad enough. However, the 'man' at the till was absolutely useless. He asked us what sides we wanted, and we said beans and gravy - he then told us they were out of beans and 'oh we're also out of gravy'. So we asked what else was available and he said he didn't know - in fact he started 'ummm...'ing about it, before saying 'we have rice?'. I then asked me partner if we should just call it quits and go somewhere else but after almost half an hour we didn't really want to wait in the busier McDonalds queue across the road. However the guy at the till then provided a helpful suggestion:"How about I just give you 2 sides of rice, and when you get to the second window you can ask them what they have in stock because it keeps coming in and going out of stock and so I don't know what they have or not."... we were absolutely stunned, isn't this exactly his job? But after such a long wait and even worse service we just said yes, hoping we'd get someone else at the second window who might actually be helpful.Queue another 5 minutes to get to the second window; we then waited another 10 minutes before someone even came to the window - after such a long wait, we were then amazed that we hadn't even been acknowledged. No apology, no reason, nothing. But then who should come to the SECOND window but the guy at the first window who - because we hadn't moved, was unable to be so helpful to people at window 1 and apparently decided that he should see if he could help.Do you believe me when I say he didn't help? He came to the second window, didn't recognise us - even though we were the only other car he'd seen besides the one person behind us - and gave us our food without even an apology. He then gave us a bag with FOUR portions of rice in it, not apparently remembering his incredible advice not 10 minutes ago, and when we asked if he could check what other sides they had - we'd already seen they had gravy whilst we waited to be acknowledged - he came back with 'we have mash or gravy'.I asked for 2 portions of gravy and had to repeat myself THREE times before he went 'Sorry, what was that, gravy?'. I wouldn't be surprised if he was stoned, because he certainly walked around like he was.We finally got our gravy only to realise we still didn't have the bottle of Fanta we were supposed to get alongside our boneless bucket. So we asked the world's most helpful employee for that and... instead of a bottle of Fanta, we were given 5 cups of Fanta in a holder instead. Not a bottle, just 5 cups. At this point we just desperately wanted to go but this isn't the first time we've had a terrible experience here, but it will certainly be the last.We'll stick to McDonalds - there's a reason the one across the road is always busier, its better.

No hot drinks anymore. Order window has been out of order for ages.no sweetcorn ordered chicken and chips was offered mash with it.Chicken was heated up from yesterday I think. Dry and inedible. What has happened to a once lovely

came to kfc this evening and all i could hear from the front counters whilst waiting to collect my food whilst being prepared was really loud disturbing music coming from behind of the store. i saw that one girl in a managers shirt asked for it to be turned down but it kept being turned back up again. how are you suppose to eat in and enjoy your food whilst you can hear so loud music coming from the back of the store, this just proves that the staff are so rude to not care about the customers trying to enjoy their meal !!!

I thought drive thru was supposed to be quick??20 mins before I got my food and I only ordered a meal for 1 person!!When is this restaurant management going to buck it's ideas up a provide customers with a fast service.The only consistent thing from here is their speed, SLOW.Can someone give them the award for the worlds slowest drive thru.Have a look at all the other complaints about their slow service, come on KFC surely your brand is better than this.DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
