Amazing service from start to finish. Very helpful and advice given when asked. We will certainly be purchasing all our do it yourself necessities from the Kings Lynn store. We relied on their advice over the phone and the goods arrived today as agreed in perfect condition and the manager had his sleeves rolled up to carry the goods to a nearer point for us 'with a smile'. Thank you so much to the team - particularly Lewis, Mark and Dave. I recommend their customer skills and professional knowhow unreservedly. Reliable and personable. I have been in he construction Industry since 1964 and I have never come across a company that is most unhelpful and not keeping to there promises for ordering and delivering of materials and as far as rating them it is impossible, one very unhappy customer.
