Staff are miserable. Especially at the till. No smile, no thank you. Why have the music blasting at the till where you need to hear what is being said? One of the staff kicked open the staff entrance with a roll up in his mouth looking like a tramp. Glad i hardly ever have to go in there

Says it opens at 9am? Went there at 10:30 and still shut???

10:06 the shop is still closed. the employees say that the opening time has been changed, but online it says that it should be open at 10. and the employees say that it will open at 10:30. how do you understand???
