It's a great place and lovely staff but I do find they are pushy on add things that you don't want and even i siad no couple of times but just kept going on so I gave in so will probably do mine on online as I can just get what I want nothing extra I don't need. If your like me don't give in just buy want you want and need don't feel pressured

Unfortunately very rude patronising member of staff in store today. Shouting across the shop can I help you very sarcastically??? Then proceeded to tell me off at the grand old age of 34 for not following the non existent covid floor arrows. There are several ways that you can walk around the shop and if the arrows are non exsist how are customers supposed to know which direction to go? Lost sales today being made to feel like a naughty 2 year old!!! I certainly wont be back again.

First time ever in kings lynn. Came in for snacks, served by Lorna. Having a lot of allergies, I find it difficult to get snacks. The Holland and Barrett more balls have been an amazing discovery. Absolutely delicious. Lorna recommend somewhere for me to have lunch in the town, and remembered me when I popped back in later in the day. Fabulous service.
