A great experience, that was so much more relaxed than I thought it might be. I was worried I may be wasting their time, but no, they did not make me feel like that at all. Thankfully only minor hearing loss for me at the moment. I really appreciated Daniel's experience and knowledge and how he explained everything so well....

It would have been ok, but because I make so much wax a hearing test couldn’t be done. Therefore I am going back next week for wax removal then after a few days back for the hearing test
