The quality of customer service is hit or miss. Violet and Charlie were good. I have nine seeds in my cart but can't justify the purchase until I know which freebies to choose since nothing is really free. You can see that the 'Z' Freebie option is shaded though there's no address in the lower left corner when I hover over it like with my prospective AK-49 purchase. This makes the freebies a waste because there are variants on the site from multiple breeders and variants is a meaningful word in this case. This means that the GG#4 Original Glue Auto seeds I have are unpredictable since they are the freebies of my recent order.

After purchasing the seeds on June 13, I had a problems, germinating one of the seedsthat didn?t germinate. I?ve reached out to this company multiple times and all I get is someone will reach out with you within 48 hours thur an email and as of today, there has been no email sent from.Herbies this has been nothing but a big long drawn out process just to get an answer so with that I will definitely be looking for a new seed bank

It took a couple of attempts from herbies before I recieved the seeds , the first lot of seeds got confiscated in Sydney Australia the second lot they sent to replace the first lot got through to Melbourne in just a couple of weeks so I'm very happy with the persistence from herbies.

I ordered some seed. They were so discreet I took wine opener out of package and threw package away. My seeds were in what I threw away. Told them my story. Guess they think I'm trying to get over on them. I won't be buying anymore from them. Thought I had a good thing going. Other sites better then herbie seed.
