If I could give no stars I would. Two complaints really- a few years ago I had booked a MOT with them I turned up handed over the car and waiting in the cafe for 3hours, only to then be phoned and the lady said they wouldn?t have time to work on my car today, it was a joke. I gave them them the benefit of the doubt and I asked for a refund. Fast forward to yesterday when my partner had booked his MOT there (I had already warned him). I took his car in for him while he was working and as I?m pulling up to the garage I get a phone call from them saying I can?t have my appointment as there was a glitch on there website. Apparently it happened to another lady there yesterday too!! I asked what they would do about it but nothing apparently apart from a refund. THANK GOD FOR KWIK-FIT. They got me in straight away after and stayed later to helpMe out! I would suggest everyone reading this goes to Kwikfit instead.

Booked service online at an auto centre because of size of vehicle,put all details in to get quote and it showed that this was a motor home, gave quote and accepted payment.after travelling about 20 miles phone rang to say motorhome was to big.they should not have accepted my payment in the first place but they did,they could have called day before or two hours before appointment to save journey but didn't.have it will take up to 5 days for a refund ,was going away but have to cancel as itneeds a service due to only just purchasing. Really wouldn't give one star but doesnt give the choice.Keith

Booked in for 8.30am on Saturday morning for my MOT so as to not affect my working week. Was called at 5.30pm the night before I was supposed to be there to tell me the emmisions testing machine had broken and they had placed a call foe it to be repaired hopefully Monday, they had to cancel for Saturday but would call me by the end of the day Monday to let me know if the machine had or hadn't been fixed. No call by 5.50pm on Monday (10 minutes before close) so I called them, I listened to hold music until 6.25pm at which point I hung up as it was pretty clear no-one was going to answer that far past 6pm but the call had not been disconnected by them. I called again at 10am on Tuesday and managed to get through, the gent on the phone then told me that they had absolutely no ETA on when the machine could be fixed, no guarantee it would even be this week! He then also said that the machine had been broken for OVER A WEEK (meaning likely the Monday before my MOT was booked in) yet nobody had bothered to call me until the night before my MOT was due. By the time they told me they actually didn't know when they would be getting fixed I was 3 days from running out of MOT! If I had been called when the machine first broke I would have had around 2 weeks to arrange somewhere else to be tested instead of 3 days! Customer service was NOT what I expected from such a large company. I was given a refund and sent on my way to find another garage. I know there is nothing they could do about the machine being broken but the way the situation was handled was appalling and left me in a really tricky position and potentially with no vehicle to use if I can't find another local garage to help between now and Friday!

Mot absolute rip off, quote for repairs. Took elsewhere for a quarter of the price. No sense of time keeping. Would not recommend especially if you know nothing about cars, their more than happy to rip you off.
