Needed a new battery for the car. All sorted within 1 hr. The guy who fitted it was very professional and friendly. Saved me a few quid by suggesting I signed up for their membership... saved on the price of the battery, free mot plus extras. Win, win. Thanks, Halfords.

Alex fitted my headlight bulbs and gave some advice around antifreeze, he was very helpful and pleasant. Would use Halfords again based on the experience today.

Steven the mechanic was amazing. After 5 years with my bike I didn't know it was in need of a big change. I feel more safe using my bike. Everything is good as new. I love the service and all the recommendations for my bike. Thank you so much Steven you are a superstar.

Two members of staff, on 06/02/2024 A.M., of the King's Lynn branch were excellent. I needed to check my battery state and the one on the till (who has the same 1st name as the Manager I'm told, but I did not meet the Manager) was very helpfull in organising a full check. Then the young gentleman, whose name ends in ee or ey was realy helpful with the checks and empathic to the fact I was short of time. I cannot praise these two young gentlemen's customer service skills enough. A credit to your company. I am sorry I cannot remember their names but I am sure you can identify them for praise.
