Took watch to get battery changed but didn't notice untill I'd got home the lady that changed the battery had scratched the back of the watch casing when either undoing or doing back up.

Tracy served me in buying a watch .I didn't know what sort of watch would suit me ..Tracy took the time to show me many watches and made suit it was the right watch for me and I left the shop with the watch and feel confident that I have brought the right watch also Tracy was very polite and nothing was to much trouble .I will definitely be back as I need another watch to use daily. A great experience at H. Samuel - my partner got me a ring 'just because I love you' ?? and took some of my rings to find a size. They helped him find the size he'd need and ordered it in for him, but let him go with the one they had in stock so he'd have something to give me.The ring is absolutely beautiful; I'm not precious about white gold or diamonds or stuff, I love the meaning and this ring is gorgeous and well priced (and on sale which was a bonus)!I went in today to pick up the new size and do the exchange; the woman who served me (really sweet and bubbly) was excellent and remembered the situation and my partner, helping me do the exchange and check sizing.I absolutely love the piece and saw many other pieces I'd love. My only 'huh' moment was when another staff member right at the end of the transaction said 'do you want it covered?' And it really took me out of that lovely 'this lady remembered our situation' experience to a random staff member trying to push a sale she wasn't involved in at all before. Sorry!Otherwise, I didn't take the cover as I love my pieces to have a bit of wear and tear like me, but I'd recommend it for you if you love sparkle.Still an incredible experience and really grateful, thank you!

Had my 7 year old granddaughters ears pierced 06/08 amazing experience from start to finish. Kerry was brilliant she explained the procedure to Jessica and really put her at ease. The piercing was quick and professional. Jessica?s ears are very clean no scabbing no discharge when cleaned I can highly recommend H Samuel kings lynn and especially Kerry she is lovely and very good at her job. I wanted to purchase some earrings for Jessica?s birthday however they didn?t have them in stock so Kerry ordered them into store for me and telephoned as soon as they were available.

My daughter and I just got our ears pierced there. Her first set my helix. They were amazing so good with her and walked her through every step making sure she was happy before moving on! Really clear and easy process ! So happy with the results!!

We visited the Kings Lynn store this morning to pick out Wedding rings and to have ring resized. All the staff was very helpful, exceptional/outstanding service from them all nothing was to much trouble and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend a visit to the store.
