Morning appointment . Work on tyre changes not started until 30 minutes after booking time. I was not impressed.Late afternoon appointment for a further two tyres - staff worked late to complete a thorough job. This was much appreciated

Came in on a Sunday and got a quote, they broke it down into costs etc. and even mentioned being happy to match another quote. I felt the quote was fair and they were very quick at fixing my car, calling the next afternoon when they finished the job as I was told. Additionally, they said to pop in after a couple of weeks in case the alignment needed doing again due to fitting new parts. This was good to know as it would only result in spending more money having to pay for realignment in the future. I'd happily come back here.

Pretty poor. Asked them to swap over 4 wheels and quote me on rear brake discs and pads. The wheel swap somehow took almost 2 hours which is outrageous and could quite easily be done in 30 minutes. Despite telling me they?d ?keep me updated? in this time, they absolutely did not and I was left to chase wondering what was going on.They then quoted an extortionate fee of £320 to do the rear discs and pads which literally made me laugh out loud considering it?s only £60 in parts. Another garage quoted me £125 to do this instead for a comparison.My overriding feeling was they deliberately take a long time to try and get money out of you. I?d avoid at all costs, especially if you?re not car savvy because they?ll try and rip you off.

Booked car in for 4 tyres on line which was simple and quick, and got a 9.30 appt. Your man on reception was polite and helpful and technicians started work on my car straight away, and was told it would be approx. ¾ hour, which is the time it actually took. Very impressed, thankyou ?

The biggest bunch of crooks I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. When they replaced my battery they broke my bonnet catch. After telling me to buy the part as they couldn't order it, their manager then proceeded to go back on the agreement and want to charge me to replace the catch.When I complained and refused to leave until it was resolved they called the police.What sort of customer care is that. Don'tGo near this business.

went for brakes waited 3 hours then was told computers won't work will have to come back. took it back 2 days later waited 2.5 hours to be told that on the grand scenic needed a special tool that the boss had to go to halfords to get for 50 quid. said when tool gets here both guys would jump on it an get it done but didn't. didn't see any tool arrive and total of 4 hours later it was finally done. won't be going here again

Avoid at all costs, not to be trusted. Job creation and taking advantage of people. If you look through the reviews it's no coincidence that they have quite a lot of very bad reviews.
