Notice a lot of reviews here from people who don't understand a trade counter, and what's involved. Went in yesterday for a battery and was served by Lottie who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Prices were good, all options available explored. Don't listen to the bad reviews - order ahead of time and then collect, or be prepared to wait with people that haven't - It isn't Tesco.

Raging! Good for prices. Absolute muppets in branch. Queued for 20 minutes with five other people queueing behind me while no members of staff attempted to help the guy who was on the sales desk, who was rushing, trying to get the angry que served poor old boy. While staff members casually stroll to and fro joking and chatting including the branch manager ??Then I find out only one plug has come in so I have to come back tomorrow and queue for another 20 minutes well you can spin I will not be returning to this branch.

Poor click and collect system. Staff had to source the items individually when you turned up to collect. Items should have been picked/ prepared and stored somewhere in advance to bring out to the customer. Only one person working the till whilst four other staff smoking cigarettes or chatting outside the office despite the queue at the till. Only saving grace was the price of the goods.

Went into Kings Lynn, handed over part number, got product I wanted, just wish the guy on the desk hadn't been such a moody so-&-so, growled and made me feel bad for wanting to buy something.Also, shame there's such limited car parking
