Had an issue with my eSIM, unfortunately could not be resolved online but was resolved quickly and professionally in the EE store in Kings Lynn. Great service by the team stopped me from being without my mobile service over new year!!

Abysmal customers service.Even though we called 150 and they confirmed it is an option. The store refused to let my partner collect my daughters Christmas present with me giving permission. Didn't even try to help us when we needed a simple thing when family was jn the hospital.
