“This shop is the best thing about living in castle acre! The staff are the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people ever. They sell everything you need and even offer a delivery service now. As an extra bonus they have a tiny bar selling a cold pint on tap, what's not to love! The shop is an absolute lifeline for me as a local and an absolute go to visitors. Cannot recommend it highly enough.”

“Just popped in to return some parcels, and the staff were very patient and helpful despite me doing the tables wrong.Also, while I was there, I got myself a meal deal, saving myself over £2 very good value for money and also a good convenience at an affordable price.I noticed that there was a spar home delivery van just going out of the car park, which is a brilliant service for spar to now be provided to the local community.There was ample parking close to the shop with many disabled spaces available.The carpark is shared with Subway and a chip shop, so I would imagine it could get busy during peek times.”

“I got used to the previous owners having seen so many generations of people running the shop over the years and was saddened and concerned when they left that the shop might suffer. Anything but, the new owners are very friendly, have done a lot with the stock available and prices are competitive. .Considering the limited space available they've made more use of what is there.Best of luck for the future in the village, I feel this vital community store and post office is in safe hands.”

“Gr8 for emergencies on a Sunday evening, prices are generally 15% higher than other local amenities shops but your paying a bit more for the convenience. Staff are always friendly.They also offer a range of services, like ring and collect, parcel delivery service at the counter, a wide variety of fruit and veg.It's not a big shop but it is a fair size and stocks most of your essential treats and goodies for a Saturday night in front of the telly.They even deliver to elderly customers in the local area when asked for a small charge or minimum order.”

“Good convenience store that does some pretty damn good offers and deals. The staff have always been friendly and polite and there is sufficient parking which is okay now its been resurfaced. The only down side is it can attract some anti social behaviour from youngsters who congregate outside trying to get booze and cigarettes but staff seem pretty robust with them.”

“Click and collect staff very friendly :) we went sat 10th June, apparently was some sort of mix up with labelling machine and loads of our shopping had been given to someone else. Not click and collect staffs fault, they are all lovely. Told we would be refunded in 3 days time. All very well we just went to other tesco at gaywood and bought it all again 60 pounds worth. Good job we not low income. Very poor tesco.”
