“Great products, customer service and policies.Last year, I purchased our first pram (including carry cot, car seat and other accessories) we recieved a great demonstration, lots of information and help from Liz. It made pram shopping so much easier than I thought it would be.We returned at a later date for a carrier, and again was greeted by another friendly staff member who's name I have forgetten now, we had a great experience with no issues shopping here again.Today, I returned with family who was buying their first pram, dealt with another lovely staff member who confessed she was quite new to the job but she was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as all of the other staff members we have dealt with here. I didn't get a name, but if you read this and this was you, you're doing great! I also bought our 2nd stroller (one we can take on holiday with us.) Liz again was here today, and was as lovely and friendly as always.They offer great, competitive prices, shopping at this small local business really does pay off in every way. Also, they're not at all pushy with their sales. They talk you through everything with no pressure, the decision to purchase is entirely up to you and for you to make in your own time. Credit to all of the wonderful staff, thank you for making shopping for baby bits so easy. I will be back again soon for our next stage car seat.”

The stock is all displayed very nicely , there is a lovely tidy selection to choose from and the ladies working there are all really friendly, happy and helpful. “It's difficult, we were hoping to get more choice from certain outlets. Unfortunately they turned out to be much smaller than the ones we visit in Norwich. That said, the people are very friendly and kings Lynn (on first visit) seems a very pleasant place.\\nJust their outlets are smaller so means a little less choice.”

“I don't use much Superdrug! But found a great promotion online for a perfume. That was a promotion online only. Initially there was an error on the app, so I went to the shop. The staff allowed me to smell the perfumes I wanted but end up buying online as the promotion was only available online. Arrived very quick and safe.”

“When coming into my local Halfords I was told the cost of the item I wanted to purchase for my sons birthday had gone up in price ( In store) a lovely customer assistant told me if I purchase online it would be discounted and within my £85 budget she helped with this as I was having some difficulty getting onto to website, as it kept crashing. I love that they have a good choice of most things in men, women and children's wear. A small selection of household bits and pieces that I didn't have a chance to fully appreciate. Great parking, easy access. Check Matalan out if you've not been. Go back if it's been a while. Well worth the stop.”
