Had a horrible experience there, serving women first was dismissive then deaf and did care how they served. When my partner wanted his discount card stamped they shouted at him. And when he tried to complain they abused him more, I then said I would film their behaviour and got assaulted myself, the female grabbed my phone from my hands. Absolutely never again.

????Extremely poor customer service, very racist, and absolutely terrible manners. The young woman was shouting at me loudly in the middle of the floor for no apparent reason, even though she was just cleaning tables and not even serving at the counter. From the very beginning, she had an attitude, and it was clear that as soon as she saw my partner wearing a headscarf, she became hostile. Racism should never be tolerated under any circumstances, especially in a customer service environment.... after calling the branch manager to complain, we were physically attacked and being asked to get out of her shop!!!! Absolute shame, King's Lynn branch camera need to be checked

I visited this Caffè Nero a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The person who served me was not only rude but also dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. It's frustrating enough to receive poor service, but what made the situation even worse was the racial prejudice I encountered. I haven't experienced racism in a while, and to have it happen in this branch was both upsetting and surprising.
I felt compelled to reach out to Caffè Nero?s customer service, hoping that my complaint would be taken seriously. However, I was completely ignored. No response, no follow-up?just silence. This lack of acknowledgment only added to my frustration and reinforced how little they value customer feedback and experience.
Given the appalling service and the way my complaint was handled, I will definitely not be returning to this branch. It?s disappointing, especially since I?ve had good experiences at other Caffè Nero locations. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on addressing these issues, but for now, I?ll be taking my business elsewhere

Good coffee, nice cakes, but didn't appreciate the poor attitude of one staff member, she was very abrupt with us for no apparent reason. Wouldn't go there if it wasn't for the coffee.

I ordered 3 eggs and bacon rolls And coffees.
Paid
Upon delivery I received my coffees and 1 out of 3 rolls with a note saying ?Sorry we ran out of eggs?. What use is that. Nice now one of the 3 of us are eating and now have to order from somewhere else. Just a massive pain and very unnecessary. How can you run out of eggs it?s 9am in the morning!!
What a poor service from a multiple million pound company!

What an exceptional experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The coffee served was top-notch, meeting all my expectations and then some. Accompanied by my daughter and our furry friend as it´s dog friendly, we were welcomed with open arms, adding to the overall positive ambiance of the place. Despite arriving at 4 pm, finding ample seating was a breeze. Additionally, the convenience of their later closing time, at 5:30 pm, sets them apart as one of the few coffee shops in town that cater to those seeking a late afternoon pick-me-up. Truly a gem worth revisiting time and time again!

Wouldn't even give them one star but you can't give zero stars.
Ordered a 2 good 2 go bag, pick up 1700 to 1730. Arrived at 1715 and it was closed. Lights on in the back and music playing, knocked on the door and nobody came.
Rang them 3 times before they answered, the girl told me they closed because nobody came to collecting. Told her it's 1720 and app says collect between 1700 and 1730. The girl on the phone then changed her story and said no food left, told her that's not what the app said. My wife took over the phone call before I said something I shouldn't.
She told my wife people usually collect before 1700, my wife told her the app says collect between 1700 and 1730.
Their was a bag of food on the counter the girl was obviously there because the music was on and she answered the phone.
Piss poor to be honest, went out of our way to collect this and had to pay for parking for nothing. I shall be ringing the manager tomorrow to complain officially.
The children are still crying!!

While the service and food was fine, the surroundings are appalling- dirty scuffed floors and tables, paint peeling off walls and badly stained toilets. The whole place needs cleaning and decorating.
