Booked my car in a couple of days prior for a slow puncture as I could see it had a nail in it and was very grateful they could check it and help so quickly. Unfortunately, they changed my tyre, without asking, to a random average quality brand I've never heard of when the other 3 tyres were good quality. I had called before hand to ask how long it would be and was told they were very busy (which is understandable during the christmas period) and didn't give me a time. However, when I was called at 2.15pm (4 hours after dropping off my car for one tyre) and I said I couldn't be there within an hour, they got fussy on the phone! They made me pay over the phone and collect my keys from the petrol station because they wanted to go home! They also didn't give me an invoice for any of the work until the day after.I personally would've liked to be consulted whether to get a cheap tyre or spend a bit more for a more durable less noisy one.I appreciate the quick help but overall very poor customer service skills, I didn't even get an apology when I explained my dissatisfaction for not asking about changing the tyre.

I didn?t actually use them but we rang them on a Sunday morning and they were so helpful in giving us a contact for someone who could assist us as they didn?t have a mechanic who could do it at that time. We would have been totally stuck without their helpfulness and great attitude. Thank you!

Have taken my car to Burnham Market motors for the last 3 years as have been usually happy with them. However after finding problems with the car they gave me a quote which I agreed and instructed the work to go ahead. Went to pay and the amount was apprx £100 more. I have the original quote text which is no where near what they then made me pay. Won't be using them again.

Absolutely awful service at Burnham Market garage today - 30 December. Flat tyre and my 78 year old mother in tow - refused point blank to help me change the tyre. ? no on my own and have got paperwork to do?

I was in Burnham working today and my car would not start due to a flat battery, I rang this garage and they were extremely helpful.James arrived with a booster pack in 5 minutes and started my car - then advised me to call into the garage so my battery could be tested. Everybody was lovely - plus a very reasonable bill was paid. - Thank you again!!

We moved from London to Norfolk in 2019. Haven't looked back. Our old truck runs better than it has ever done. Our little Panda too. Top service, top guys and very reasonably priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tried to get a puncture fixed today as we don't have a spare and are on holiday. Person we spoke to was very unhelpful. Refused to help without even looking at the tyre and didn't suggest any other garages. We were left stranded for hours waiting for the RAC.

Nice local friendly garage with helpful staff, willing to help out even when have no appt. I struggled for many years to find a garage I can trust and I really feel I can trust this garage. Being a young woman, I have been ripped off before at other garages but I felt like they treated me with respect and talked me thru the issues without being patronising, they have total transparency and are willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommended
