Completely ignored by the staff - too busy on computer to acknowledge they had customers waiting. Literally 2 seconds away is Kent Blaxhill whose staff were much friendlier and 100% more helpful.

Really easy to find, lots of parking. Great selection of paints, Lucy was really helpful, suggesting various paints for my project, and mixing an identical paint for me to suit my needs. Went the extra mile and was really friendly. Much more personal experience compared to alot of larger diy stores.Will visit again.
