Rubbish customer service!! Prescriptions often not there when they?re supposed to be. And they never answer the phone in any dept because it is all being routed through to the pharmacy where only two people work coping with large queues! And there is often no pharmacist because they?re short staffed. Choose another chemist for repeat prescriptions and save yourself the heartache.

Chose another pharmacy for repeat prescriptions, you can only request a repeat prescription when you have seven days of tablets left. When your collection date come and you go to collect, they say they only just received it and to come back. If this 7 days is not long enough for them and is a problem they should take it up with GP because it has been a few times I been told to come back and go without my tablets for my heart. There's even days they close early without warning or notices and refuse to give you your prescription even though their just standing there. Will be looking to change pharmacy because this is bloody ridiculous and unacceptable.

Twice now this month I've tried here for my prescriptions (last time I fortunately had a paper prescription) and twice they have had no pharmacist in. I should have checked reviews before changing to them as this seems to be a common issue. Big mistake.There are vital anxiety meds I need and this has made me feel worse. Why even have a service that can't be fulfilled on what appears to be a regular basis? I understand illness happens but a brand like this shouldn't be relying on one person to do such an important job and leaving customers to roll a dice on whether they can access their meds or not.Also if you can't provide a service that is at the back of a long store then at least have the sign on the front window so those who struggle to walk don't have to waste their valued energy and pain walking in and back again. Unless management believe people will end up finding things to walk past and buy as they're walking away shaking their heads?As soon as this is sorted I'm not going to be using Boots as my next default option. I need to be able to trust the medication given to me will actually be given to me and not be left with extra worry over when/if I can get my tablets without having to dedicate each morning of my life to asking if they're open (hint: something people with anxiety really don't find that easy).I thought Lloyds over the road were getting bad but at least they have options and are extremely rarely closed. Much better there at Sainsbury's.

A total cluster, pharmacy closed again, this time two days. Nothing on the website, told at the door. Important medication now not available, I could transfer to another pharmacy! Timescale, should be tomorrow. A total waste of time, only got one star as I couldn?t leave any less which I would have done.

Such discreet, friendly and knowledgable staff. Really thoughtful and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough in terms of the pharmacy side of things which is the service I used. No hesitation in going back there.

Staff that serviced me on the till...lovely. staff that was rather unkind when I was looking for hair dye needs to learn customer service. Went in looking for hair dye. Lady chatting to some bloke that wasn't work related. I waited for him to go so I could look at the products. After he left, entered and the lady who was stocking was so rude. She rudely asked me where I was looking because she was stocking up. I explained I was starting by the beech London but would be looking at others. She then stood there staring at me as I was clearly inconveniencing her. I felt so uncomfortable and had to rush. As a customer I expect to come in and be able to browse. I appreciate she was putting stock out however given I am the buying the products and wouldn't have been there long I would have expected a little bit of professionalism.
