Lovely people lovely food at a good price.
Had the haddock and a cod bite cooked in beef dripping to try, both were excellent. Fish was fresh and very tasty, cooked to perfection.
Chips were great.
Well worth the detour.

We could smell them uo the street and it enticed us in. My husband had battered sausage and chips. They were so hot, fresh and tasty. He said they were the best he has had in a while. Will definitely return.

Best chippy I've ever had, sausage and chips were perfect and reasonably priced too. I've eaten from every chip shop within 100 miles or more and this one is the best by far.

Well I have to say 10 full chips on a plate is not what I'd call a portion (ate in) and I got a pout when I didn't tip. The portion of chips was scandalous, and they weren't that tasty.A portion of chips on its own would have been £3.30. The place is spotlessly clean, and its quite cool eating in, but chips are cheap, this is not a place I'd go back to on that basis. It's just greed. £1550 for chips fish mushy peas and can with a portion of tartare (35p)The fish however was amazing. Such a shame.

Biston's Fish & Chips in King's Lynn was recommended to us, by the guys at St James Bed centre. The portions generous and prices reasonable. The cod was delicious with crispy batter. You can order takeaway or eat upstairs. There isn't much space upstairs, but well worth it.

Outstanding place. Proper fish and chips in a proper fish and chip shop. Friendly service and a nice little cafe upstairs. Whenever I go to Kings Lynn I go here.

Wonderful fish & chips! Best we have had in a long time. Owner (had shop 46 years) and staff very welcoming, great customer service, will go there again on our next visit to Kings Lynn ?
