By far more supportive, more compassionate, more helpful, more useful and more kind than anything Macmillan are doing in the area. Macmillan should take some lessons from the Big C. The Macmillan are very good at talking the talk but in contrast the Big C walk the walk. We've been VERY disappointed and let down over the years by Macmillan, but the Big C are coming up with the goods. If you have money to donate give it to the Big C
