Seems to me Barclays don?t care about customer service anymore! I?ve been with them for 30+ years and I am seriously looking at changing banks. They are hell bent on closing their branches at any cost, they say it?s because people don?t use them?.rubbish!! If that?s the case why have they opened at hub at Hunstanton Town Hall 4 days a week?? I?m also a business owner(along with hundreds more in and around Hunstanton) and we still need to bank takings and get change which is now a lot harder. Went in to the Kings Lynn branch to withdraw a large sum of money, lots of automated tills that people can use but only one desk with one member of staff do queue times are ridiculous!! Can?t fault the staff and they?re all kind and helpful, it?s the Barclays business model and greed that I can no longer abide

I have to say I?ve had faultless service at the Kings Lynn branch. The staff have been very helpful, sincere and genuinely considerate as I was in to discuss accounts and what to do when there has been a bereavement.The fact the staff were so helpful has actually got me considering opening an account with them.The staff who helped me are a credit to Barclays.

Got locked out of my account and took 1 mouths to get back into and they expect me to pay the interest for the account when could not get into it and pay a late fee would recommend staying away as soon as its paid off I'm charging back the worst service I have ever had spent 9 hours sorting it out and a another 4 hours over the phone for just an apology and nothing else them saying it my fault would not go with them would recommend NatWest

I have just spent over an hour try ing to get my IBAN number by calling on the phone. Worst service ever sends you round in circle getting nowhere. completely useless service. Wish it would let me give no stars.

This bank in general and this particular branch have gone down hill rapidly over the last 10 years, they keep closing branches, reducing staff and force customers to use machines or the phone service all of which are terrible. The staff they DO have can't answer your questions and keep pointing you to a machine or try to send you away all together. There is not another branch near here only Ely, Peterborough or further afield. No wonder people switch banks

If i come to a branch is because i need to, not because I want to. Lady at the front desk at Kings lynn branch didn't even listen to what I said, she send me to to the self service straight away. After 10 minutes trying i figured out that whatever i wanted to do is not possible to be done on the machine. Went back to the lady, explain to her again and then she helped me. Anyway i will have to go one more time to the brach. Hopefully next time whoever is on the front desk will listen before trying to get rid of me.

Machines don't take coins, not open Saturdays anymore, huge queue at counter...time to bank elsewhere!

This is the worst branch I have ever been to. There is only one counter (with never ending queues) that works 9am - 2pm - I don?t know how Barclays expect people working normal office hours to use their counter services.
