Another half decent firm gone down the pan with their awful attitude and lowlife selling methods. Even though I spent a substantial amount online and returned one item they refused to accept because it came from a third party seller on their marketplace website whatever that means. As far as I am concerned I paid b&q and they refused to give me my money back so now have to go through this other firm to retrieve my cash. The manager was very unhelpful so I'll be taking my custom elsewhere and others should follow suit. You are better off buying from an independent local firm at least there's some back up and support if you do

Took a while to find exactly what I needed. Asked two members of staff on two products and was given a general direction. I did get what I needed so alls good.

Plants need to be reduced when damaged or diseased and not left for sale on the shelf for full price for naive people to purchase, that's bad formWhen plants aren't damaged they're alright quality but the prices can be high. The selection of houseplants is small but better than Thetford.

Love it! Has everything I need lately! Wish it had even more! But there is stuff you can buy online.

Very good, well stocked and had everything I needed at a reasonable price. Plus the staff are very helpful as we bought 2 of a product and couldn't get them both in the car, they let us pick the other the next day which was a great help! And the plants section is fantastic too!

Went to B and Q Kingslynn on Sunday. I have to say I was feeling tired. I have arthritis in both knees and I was struggling to find the things I needed. Enter Jo (from the front end) She Not only knew where everything was but walked round with me as I finished my shopping. She also opened a checkout and put through my things. Bless you Jo. Thank you so much. Tony

????My recent shopping experience at B&Q on the Hardwick Retail Park in Kings Lynn was overall quite positive, earning it a solid four stars in my book.First and foremost, the store's size and variety of products were impressive. B&Q is a one-stop-shop for all your DIY needs, and I was able to find everything I was looking for to complete my home improvement projects. The aisles were well-organized and labeled, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The staff at B&Q were generally helpful and polite. While I did receive assistance when I asked for it, there were a few instances where it took a bit longer than expected to find someone available to help. Nevertheless, once I did get help, the employees were knowledgeable and guided me towards the right products and solutions. The availability of stock was mostly good, but there were a couple of items I was looking for that were out of stock at the time. However, the staff offered to check availability at nearby stores and even placed an order for me to be delivered to my home, which I appreciated. The checkout process was relatively smooth, and the staff at the checkout counters were efficient. I didn't have to wait too long in line, which is always a plus, especially during busy times. One aspect that could be improved is the overall store layout and signage. While the aisles were organized, I found it slightly confusing to locate certain sections, and the signage could be clearer to direct customers to specific areas.Parking was plentiful, and the location of the store on the Hardwick Retail Park is convenient and easily accessible. In conclusion, B&Q on the Hardwick Retail Park in Kings Lynn is a reliable DIY store with an extensive selection of products. While there were a few minor hiccups during my visit, the overall experience was positive. With some improvements in staff availability and store signage, it could easily reach five-star status. For now, I'm happy to award B&Q a well-deserved four stars, and I would certainly return for my future DIY needs.*Note: This review is based on my personal experience and reflects my honest opinion of B&Q on the Hardwick Retail Park in Kings Lynn.*

Couldn't see the garden table I wanted to buy. There were no staff in the area so went looking and found someone on their mobile.I made it clear I wanted some help and she continued on her phone.Eventually she spoke to me and then tried to find someone else to help who also sauntered over to the garden tables and eventually decided they only had the display table left but couldn't offer a discount.
