I am local and love shopping in the high street.The post office isn?t exactly the best place for interaction.I always feel when I am in there to do business they are very responsive, like they are doing me a favour.Some would say rude !!To be honest I will take my business to Heacham from now on.The ladies there always have a nice chat with you while you?re there.Bye Londis! Came in to drop off an Amazon return parcel at the Post Office at the back of the store. The gentlemen running the Londis couldn't have been nicer, will definitely be recommending.

Have been refused service here due to not having the cash to pay and no available card. Asked if I could pop out quickly to the cash point at the front of the shop once I realised my mistake but was then refused service and informed I wouldn?t be served. There was one person in the queue behind me. The man is very rude and grumpy in general which is very off putting. Tried to refuse to serve me if I arrive after 5pm; it shuts at 5.30pm. Hideous work ethic and they do not publicly post their lunch hour, just slap a notice on the till. Extremely inaccessible if you need to know times due to accessibility issues.

Today I called at the Hunstanton Post Office.21 High Street, Hunstanton.I was aware that today was technically the last day for Christmas Post and whilst all my necessary cards have been posted, I wanted spare stamps.The Post Office was shut.Not one Counter was open.The lights were off.As it may have been deemed lunch hour, I asked if they had stamps in the till for the shop.No...was the answer.I find this an appalling service.Whilst I am mobile and able to travel further afield, many in Hunstanton are not.

Visited 27/09/19. Man behind the counter was more interested in having a conversation on his phone rather than serving. Walked out without being served.

Saturday 2nd of September 2pm. The gentleman at the post office counter could not have been more helpful to me with my driving licence renewal form completion. His patience, good humour and skill helped this form fobic woman get through it all with ease. I am grateful to you Sir for all your help. Many thanks.
