Six of us popped in for 3 hot chocolates and 3 coffee's . We sat down and was served it in cardboard cups not proper cups. Never had this at any Costa I have been too !The drink was luke warm. They need to learn to heat properly! Slow service.We thought we had found or place to go fir a nice hot drink,but won't be going back.
