Had my hair cut yesterday not at all how the picture was left me with hardly any hair & charged me more than was told certainly won't be ever there again horrendous hair dresser

Wonderful service and lovely staff. I was greeted and advised in such a lovely manner, had no problem getting appointments when I wanted, and was delighted with the results. I had highlights and then a keratin treatment. Really recommend and will be back in future!

They did a really bad job of my daughter hair meant to be light pink and they started to high and put in pink and orange it looked really bad we had to go to another place to sort it out it cost £100 can?t see orange in photos but it?s thereService: Hair coloring

I had a lovely experience when I went to Anita's Salon! It was a short notice appointment and she made the time for me! I had a woman called Sophie cut my hair and she was ever so lovely! I've never had someone take as much care and interest into my hair as much as she did! Absolutely wonderful!!

My husband took our 5 year old son to Anita's Salon today for his monthy hair cut (we normaly go to Jack's but it was closed) :( he came back 10 mins later to show me.. and i was HORRIFIED! Anita had butchered my poor boys hair! apart from it being a bad hair cut it she made a massive horizontal line cut in bare clippers about an inch above his left ear! it was Ruined!! it looked as if she's done it drunk.. i was FURIOUS! ..so i took my son straight back to ask what on earth she'd done.. her reply was " oh i can sort it out" to which she then picked up the (bare) clippers sat on the side .. So i told her i was not letting her put them anywhere near my son again! and that i wanted a refund.. to which she didn't even give the full amount given back! also NO apologies!! in hindsight i should have taken a photo of the mess she's made but i was so angry and upset that i just walked my son straight into a GOOD salon across the road and begged them to try to fix it for us.. To say that im angry would be an understatement.. NEVER AGAIN.
