Visited on a Saturday morning on a warm July day. There was plenty of seating both in and outside and we received a pleasant reception from the waiting staff. We had coffees and cheese scones, both of which were very nice. The scones were particularly tasty and served warm. The outside area fronts the Broads and offers a nice opportunity to sit by the water's edge. A four star review which would have been five stars had the toilets been functioning properly. Flushing in both male and female facilities was not operating on the day we visited. Nonetheless The Riverside is still recommended as a pleasant location for coffee and cake.

Lovely friendly cafe right by river with excellent coffee, hot chocolate and homemade cakes. Well priced for the quality, atmosphere and awesome location. I will definitely be back.

Me and a friend visited this coffee shop on 23/3/25. We pulled up in our canoes and were warmly greeted by possibly the owner? Not sure but I had a delicious slice of brownie and a lovely hot chocolate. The place was extremely clean and had a lovely decor, seating outside (luckily in the sunshine) was great to watch the boats go by, highly recommended.

I have to say I had a lovely experience at the tea room in Wroxham today.
The gentleman that served us was absolutely delightful and his cakes were superb. I indulged in a baileys latte.. superb!
It was a great place to catch up with my friend and enjoy the outside ambience, the warmth of the sun, the swans, boats and the calm river. Will I visit again?.. absolutely ?

A nice selection of drinks and cakes were on offer as we nipped in for a latte and soft drink.
The young lady serving was very pleasant and welcoming.
Was such a nice chilled atmosphere with pleasant jazz music and views of the boats sailing past the cafe.

Beautifull tearooms alongside the Broads, Enjoyed the tea, coffee, and cake. Service was unfaultable, extremely accommodating and very friendly.

What a fantastic place, amazing selection of cakes and drinks. Our large group was welcomed warmly. Lovely Chap behind the counter definitely does not need a customer service course and could run one of his own. Definitely worth a stop
