Thaxters supplied 22mm wood when the required size was 18mm thick. The wood was returned to them the following day for a refund which they refused. On the same order 1.8m posts were supplied instead of the requested 1.5m. I?m very disappointed in their approach to customer service, and my rights under the Consumer Sales Act 2015. The amount of £61.60 is not really the issue, it?s the inconvenience and time it takes. And wether I can trust them with larger orders in the future.
