I have visited Cecil Amey in Wymondham several times and found the quality of service impeccable, you only realise the feed service when something goes wrong with your glasses , I broke mine and Maria was absolutely brilliant, and as I had scratch the lens ( didn?t realise I had a scratch warranty for three years ) Maria advised and arranged them to be sent off and replaced, I am sure other optioned would not go the extra mile and provide great customer service.Thank you

We have just collected my husbands new glasses this afternoon and he is thrilled with them. They have only taken a week to be made and we are just so impressed with the service at Wymondham branch of Cecil amey?s and can?t speak highly enough of them.

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating and have no hesitation in recommending them. I am very pleased with the eyeglasses that they provided.

Very expensive eye tests and glasses. Not worth it, in my opinion. Prescription given was questioned by recent optometrist as it was way too strong. No wonder I have had horrible headaches and can never work out which bit of my varifocals to look through to focus properly. Will be getting new lenses ASAP. Not from here though!

Excellent opticians plenty of choice of lenses and framesCame out with 3 pair which I loveGuss is a great asset to the company found him very approachable and very informative he definitely knows his stuff .There was definitely no hard sell either which is great .There is also parking outside the shop.

Extremely professional & helpful opticians. Everything from the initial eye test to choosing new frames was very easy & at no time did we feel rushed. There?s a large selection of frames to suit all pockets & we would especially like to thank Kirstie & Tonya at Dereham for looking after us.

Very professional service at Dereham branch for my eye test and also when collecting my new glasses. can't believe how much my eye sight has improved. All staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Brought my son to the Attleborough branch today for a second opinion and I am so happy I did. Everyone was so kind and it really felt like they were going above and beyond for him. Avneet who did his test was incredible. She took the time to listen to his concerns and reassured him. The lady who did his CT (Sorry I didn't catch her name) was also equally as lovely, and made it fun for him. The reception team were super friendly and even offered him a chocolate at the end for doing so well on his tests. Really brilliant team, thank you.

Excellent customer service, ease of appointment booking and thorough examination, including hearing test. Great help in picking new glasses and recommendations for suitable lenses. Advised glasses would take 10-14 days but they were available within 7. Would fully recommend 5??
