Terrible service have been with this pharmacy since it was WELL pharmacy consultant chasing up medication last straw was today 12th may on 2may meds sent from my doctors to evolve wed 7th may was supposed to have 9 medication delivered only one turned up 8 missing phoned up was told they will be delivered tomorrow Thursday 8th I asked the girl what meds would be delivered she said all 8 Thursday come only 7 meds turn up one missing phoned friday 9th spoke to pharmacist told him one of my meds weren't delivered he said I'm very sorry we will deliver on Monday as no delivery weekends phone Monday to see if it will be delivered as promised pharmacist told me no it won't be I only ordered it sat two weeks it's taken for this pharmacy to order my medication if you want your meds delivered on time don't use evolve shame really as delivery lady Jeannette is lovely.

I, cannot thank this chemist enough for the care and respect that they have shown to me
I, get my prescription delivered the same day regardless of the time that they receive it from my surgery. The delivery lady is very polite and if I need to ring the chemist the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

It says it shuts at noon on saturdays, it was 11.40 today and it was alreadu shut! Had to re organise delivery of regular medice to other pharmacy.

Went in today 04/08/2021, prescription was not ready , weren't ready Tuesday or Monday, yet had text Fri say ready to pick up but it was too late by time I got text , didn't get there sat as workin. Woman in front had been waiting for 15 mins before me, they couldn't find half of her prescription, I was left standing for 20 more minutes before she asked my name then had to wait whilst she prepared it. Then she came out with if people don't like it tough, put complaint in, me and the lady in front were totally gobsmacked. Time I got mine there was 4 people waiting behind so unprofessional, the pharmacist came from behind counter just chucked me my prescription on counter not even sorry for delay, didn't even tick the box I needed to tick, disgusting behavior from 2 grown women. This is not the 1st time. I have now changed, chemists to town pharmacy

Terrible service leave you standing around never acknowledge that customer's are waiting untill you make it known you have been standing there for 15 /20 min pharmacy is filthy I have complained several times to well head office with photos thick dust and cobwebs never clean well chemist you have a very rude customer service and filthy premises you should be shut down.

Don't go here if you want to pay for your flu jab. They refused to give me the jab because I wanted to pay for it. And I thought I was helping out the NHS. They have posters on their windows offering the service free and for £12.50. Update 20-11-2020. I received the flu jab from another pharmacy, they had no problem accepting the payment. I didn't come across hordes of people queuing to get a flu jab.
