I experienced and observed Very poor customer service from one of the assistants working here. I truly Feel she needs some training in customer service, she was very rude and abrupt not just to me but to all that came in to enquire, there are a lot of elderly residents in this area who need to be given understanding respect and time. Something this assistant clearly lacked.

I was unable to award minus but if I could I wouldI cannot emphasise enough how bad the service and attitude is in this chemistThe lady on the till is slow and over worked and loves to chat to all her regulars irrelevant of the people lining up at the doorThe attitude absolutely stinks and they cannot accept responsibility for anything preferring to blame others.. it took me 7 weeks to arrange delivery and they still got the wrong address which was a nightmare as the delivery driver cannot find her bum from her elbowAvoid avoid avoidUse another if you want a decent service these lot couldn't spell the wordAbsolutely disgusting way to do business

Poor service- waited for my item to be in stock, then item was returned As not collected in time- despite informing them I was going on holiday and was assured it would be available to collect on return. I would have asked a friend to collect otherwise! Clearly a training need around how long items are held for. Visited twice for Stop smoking items, each visit frustrates me and makesMe want to smoke!

Absolute nightmare , I was without tablets for 3 days as dr sent my prescription across but it wasn?t done , when I rang up the man on the phone was so rude and unhelpful , he said I had to wait another 2 days when I told him I was without tablets for 3 days and would be getting in touch with gp , he said come at six that day and put phone down , some of the staff are rude but a couple are nice , all in all not a friendly helpful place at all

Received a message on Wednesday to say my prescription was ready to pick up, husband goes in Friday morning to pick it up and there's nothing there, won't be ready till Monday at the earliest which now leaves the weekend without medication ??

Staff are always friendly and courteous, the shop is well laid out with things easy to find, my only complaint is.. WHY are they closed on a Saturday ?? when people work all week they cannot always get in on a weekday to pick up prescriptions etc etc .

Until today I thought this pharmacy had finally got its act together, but no!I use the POD, and their delivery service, and have been doing so for some while. .My medication did not arrive yesterday, as it should, so I rang today, only to be told it was 'on the shelf' and that I was supposed to book a delivery slot!!Delivery slot?? First time I'd heard of this, never having to do it previously! There's nothing anywhere about a delivery slot!So, instead of receiving everything today, Friday, I'd have to wait until Monday for the delivery! Three days with no medication!No alternative but to ask family (living about 7 miles away) to pick up the medication and drop off to me.No apology from Well, no explanation as to lack of 'delivery slot' information.Terrible service. Customer satisfaction - zero!!

I stopped using due to 4 months on the trot they messed me around. Prescription not ready saying the Doctors haven?t sent it when they clearly had. One time they misplaced it and I was in and out of Doctors trying to find it, it was under a box on their shelf. Having Military PTSD this caused me a great deal of anxiety, they are rude and often get it wrong and blame others including the patient. I changed to another and had no problems at all. Leave well alone, it?s a joke. Recently I was involved in a RTC the Dr prescribed painkillers etc at 1 o?clock I said I?ll collect their this once, guess what, it wasn?t ready at 5 o?clock when I went in, also another 4 patients told they have to come back. It?s an absolute circus of a place.
