We were approached straight away by a lovely friendly man. He asked us what we were looking for and he listened while we explained. He then took us to the products and told us a bit about the clearance shop and how it was different to other TopsTiles. He was extremely helpful and if we had any questions he was happy to help. Today as we were only getting some ideas he told us about the interactive link where we could try different tiles in our room. Before we left he helped us with some business cards of fitters and a leaflet with information. I Would highly recommend Ashley.

I visited Topps Outlet store in Great Yarmouth looking for inspiration for an upcoming shower room project. Chris duly offered his services and was able to confidently answer all my questions. He even demonstrated how Multipanel system works. He was amazing! I left with some sample tiles. Great experience all round.

From the time iwalked into Topps tiles in yarmouth i was greeted and looked after by christopher who took my measurments of the tiling job in hand and advised me on the product suitable for the job,He worked out the measurments in square feet ,He was totally helpfull with his knowledge and experience thankyou

Have visited the Great Yarmouth store a couple of times now. On both of the visits we was seen by Ashley. He couldn't have been any more helpful. He was very welcoming and made us feel like he wanted to help us. He firstly showed us what we was after and recommend what we needed to tile our toilet. He didn't hassle us and left us to look about and was on hand to answer any of our questions. Then the second time we got the same top notch assistance. And couldn't fault the service and the great attitude of the staff and how helpful Ashely have been to us. Would definitely recommend to others to use the store especially after the brillant customer service we have recieved.
