Absolutely done in 45 minutes of walking in, all inclusive holiday for 4 booked, special requests catered for, lovely staff, very informative and polite, they even matched the on line price, so i had no work to do, would definitely recommend, so much so will book next year next week.

Went in to book a holiday today and was served by Demi. Absolutely brilliant friendly service, we were quite picky with our dates and flight times (not destination) so after looking at a few and Demi and took the details of what we were after we went off for a little while whilst she carried on looking for us. And when we went back she had found us the perfect holiday ??
Definitely recommend, they can offer a lot more options than other agents in town as Hays search all holiday companies for you ?
