I have been a patient at Hopton Dental Practice for many years and the care and service is always exemplary. From the moment you sit in the chair you are made to feel comfortable and at ease and do their very best to all alleviate any concerns or anxieties you may have. Today I saw Amrit and you could feel she was very sincere and passionate about her profession and her level of patient care was first class and such a lovely person.When so many businesses have regressed their levels of customer service since Covid it is both refreshing and reassuring to see that Hopton Dental Practice are not only just as good as they were before Covid they are if anything now even better. Well done Amrit and thank you.

Another false advertising dentist.After root treatments in chatham i started have seizures, no warning, with confusion, wetting myself, vomiting and painful nausea tremors, sweats this is just the start. Prior to these treatments i could work?They claimed to offfer private and emergency treatments what a bullshi.tMy last time trying now in UK. To get any work done i hope every uk dentist loses their careers because of their lack of integrity or passion for the job.Turning away sick people why bother being in a care and health career.If i was to make recovery?s the first thing i will do is help children with seizures.(Despite my own trade)So anyone reading this dont bother if you not CHOSEN by them you are nothing to them?.Fly turkey or Tenerife for teeth. Atleast you will be seen. Even for cosmetic reasons quicker than any emergency app in UK.

Had to come here to have a wisdom tooth removed, and the people here are fabulous! I struggle with anxiety, and the dentist and her assistant were so patient and kind with me. Everyone here is easy to chat with and will listen to what you have to say, they?ll even hold your hand if you?re scared like I was! The only downside I can find (besides having to pay private) is the car park outside is very small. So if you have a larger car, you may struggle to get in the surgery car park itself and have to park on the road.

Struck off after 19 years as I failed to attend a few appointments. All the good dentists have gone from this one, so wouldn't bother anyway, even If you are local. Cheryl was the one from the golden days but you now get fobbed off for £25 a go, don't even get a routine clean unless you ask for them... useless and quite happy to move on as I don't live so local, but wasn't even made aware I'd been struck off. Ha!

I have been scared of the dentist for most of my life!I had one loose tooth, however when I went for my checkup with Amrit, I needed to have 5 teeth out, ( I hadn?t been to a dentist for over ten years!) I explained just how nervous I was about the dentist. Amrit was fantastic she got me back the next day early ,really put me at ease. I felt safe and trusted what Amrit told me. I laid back shut my eyes was spoken to all the way through. That was just a year ago. The hygienists are just the same kind and gentle and listen to you. My dentures are great, I had to see another dentist for a fitting. He was so supportive in helping me get on with them. Today I went for my third checkup, had two fillings! I sat in the chair with no nervousness at all.Thank you Amrit at 68 years old I have the confidence to sit in a dentist chair confidently with no fear!

Called this place for emergency appointment, as had toothache and it got swollen too, however been told they cant do anything and to call 111 so I can book emergency appointment with dentist, thought this place was dentists? ????????Called Bupa Dental Care in Gorleston and got booked in straight away without needing to call 111 for whatever the reason

Highly recommend the student hygienist dental nurses working at Hopton dental surgery. Excellent treatment and care from them today.

I have only been with this practice since moving into the area 5 years ago. Mark is excellent. Always friendly, reassuring, efficient and listens to any concerns. From the lovely receptionist to the nurses, they are always polite and friendly. I have always received a response back promptly to messages. I am really happy with their services. And in this difficult times, I always feel safe, and am very grateful for their hard work and commitment to their clients. Thank you.

I have been with this practice for 30 years plus. Today 24th January 2022 I was called by the above trying to obtain more money for a hygienist appointment I had booked for 25th February 20022. I paid £60 pounds prior taken off my credit card at least two months ago to secure this appointment. They now want £67 as the hygienist is self employed and can change her prices at anytime. Well for me that's not happening. I spoke with the manager Sam and when I challenged her I already had paid my fee it was basically if you don't like it we don't care. I did not have my credit card on me for my refund so I asked them to call me tomorrow and was told they are to busy, not to busy though to ask for more money
