Usually fine shop here all the time .. but they've removed half the tills and replaced them with CARD ONLY self service... appalling.. not happy at all .. trying to cut down on staff .. and remove cash .. whilst increasing all the prices'

Well, I must say, that the breakfast (regular size) I had today was absolutely delicious. It was cooked perfectly and was presented on the plate in an attractive fashion. The portion size was perfect for a breakfast meal and all the staff serving behind and in front of the counter were very polite and friendly. Five stars all round. Very satisfied. Will be back again. ?

Bad customer service desk, all the staff at customer service desk want to do is stand around and chit chat, and mess about with colleagues, tell you they can't help before you have even explained your issue. Stuck up people, and believe these staff members act like this because they believe they are irreplaceable.
Two occasions I approached the desk over a missing wallet and felt invisible to them.

Cafe ...still waiting for food...they prioritise fully cooked meals over simple orders....over 40 mins for a toastie..yet people who ordered fish and chips after us get theirs.....need more staff

Can't comment on food or service, but a beer fridge is supposed to be for beer and not wine and gin.
Went to petrol garage, nada, went to big store and fridge had above in it.
Waisted 20mins of my life looking for a chilled beer.

August 2024 - We go here for a top up shop when in great yarmouth on holiday. Easy to walk around, check out woman was friendly.
Annoying when there are older people with no children parking in child bays. No one monitoring this.
Cash point here which is a bonus.
