Poor very poor.
Went to take back a £100 pair of boss joggers today,despite only having them for 1 week and they would not help me/exchange.
They said as I got them from sports direct in Norwich they could not help me.
I said it's your responsibility as its the same company, however the tall flumpy women/manager said the yarmouth phone is down and she refuses to use her own data to ring them.i wish I got her name,however it was the tall/flumpy women working today Saturday 23rd Aug that caused the issue.
Pathetic and rude and made our lives very difficult.-yes look at your cctv it will prove it ???.please guys think twice before using this place,kids as staff/very rude behind the counters.go to norwich instead for your own sanity

Disappointing experience at Sports Direct.
A new staff member was left unsupervised at the till and ended up scanning a defective item. He couldn?t figure out how to remove it, so I was told I had to pay for it and then go through the entire return and exchange process.
It was unnecessarily long and a complete waste of time, all because there was no proper support or supervision in place.
Thank you to the senior management I met during the exchange process who stepped in and sorted things out. They were helpful, but this situation should?ve been handled better from the start.

Went into the store over the weekend and was poorly greeted by some tall girl upstairs. Wasn?t very helpful at all. Another girl came over and was very helpful but the first girl was still rude to the poor member of staff

Store was supposed to close at 7pm tonight but the shutters were half down and doors locked by 6.45pm tonight.

After fighting through the stench of piss and the mass of drunks and homeless hanging outside the doors. The down stairs inside is lovely clean and staff are always polite. But upstairs it's a struggle to find a staff member. It's always only one staff on tills and tidying stock.
Unfortunately I've noticed stock has been cut down alot recently.

Assistant manager and the thing upstairs seemed quite simple creatures , I presume that why they work there ? Wouldn?t return items and quite abusive .. I?d fire them if I were in charge ..

I went in after college one day, first few weeks in the town. The manager was super charming and helped me find everything I need and even recommended some places that sold the products they didn?t have!

Wanted to look at some trainers, but there were no staff around. Absolutely nobody at the tills neither.
A staff member then saw me loitering, then quickly turned around and darted off into the store cupboard.
I then walked past several staff members, but they were all too busy on their mobile phones to help. Even the supervisor.
So, I just left...

If you are too far to reach Norwich easily, then this sports direct is a perfectly sized store to get gear. It feels open and has plenty of stock. Sometimes tills are understaffed but that isn't too important really.

Google says open until 8pm. Got there at 7:35pm and the doors were locked.
Guy inside saw me trying to get in and ignored me, obviously hoping I'd go away. When I knocked he made a big show of looking at the time on his phone and then came and unlocked the doors.
He reluctantly let me in and told me they were closing in 20 mins. I got a t shirt and a knee brace, paid and left.

I?m disabled and rely on a scooter, the lift to the upper floor was broken. But instead of me just going home, they offered to help me find what I was looking for. Running up and down stairs finding showing me items and getting the right sizes. Thank you so much for the great service.

Store well stocked, although didn't have all I was looking for.
