What there for hearing aid batteries. Got told they had none and send me down the road to shop which does not open on weekends. When back and insisted some one to have look, it took two of them over 5 minutes to look and a three to give me the bad news with the excuse that the audiology was not in. Specsavers employees were about has much use as a chocolate fire guard in front of a active volcano. This was at Great Yarmouth in Market Street

It was my first time using Specsavers, everything ran so smoothly, from my arrival to having the tests, to choosing the frames for my prescription. They were very helpful and very good with my kids, the place was clean and fully staffed. One staff member in particular, Joe, was extremely helpful, I suffer with Anxiety and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend.

Went for post op ,appointment, I on crutches and did I know ,that I has go upstairs,but lady checked ,and they decided opthelmast was gonna come down,had another eye test,apparently my cataract op only went down by 1 and left eye which not operated on ,went up by 2 but I could see alot better,and read right on bottom of card,usually im up top as can't see.
Lady opthelmast wasn't to pleased I wasn't using my voucher in specsavers then they hadn't put authority code or voucher code
So had wait for specsavers to send it,then was a letter or digit,missing so vision express had to ring up again.
Definitely wouldn't reuse next time cataract op on left eye

Have used this branch many times over the years and have always found the staff very helpful and professional,they also have the latest technology, as some l have used seem archaic. Will be returning soon to pick our classes.A.

Came in for an eye test the 27th June and everyone was so polite my optician was aayush I believe, and Nando was amazing helping me pick my glasses out, and to collect my glasses Callum was brilliant, thorough and quick which is perfect, I haven?t had an eye test in 5-6 years but could not recommend these guys any more if I tried! Thank you!

Lunchtime appointment which was welcoming, professional and informative. Special mention of Toby at Great Yarmouth branch for taking the time to help me choose and discuss glasses. All done in great time .
