For a bank of this size and the amount of people who use it, it is ridiculous to close the bank on Saturdays. Why should your customers have to travel to Lowestoft or have to wait till Monday to carry out an in store banking transaction.This has made up my mind to quit Santander banking, because you cannot rely on them in a crisis.

Not a very professional place. Just tried to open an account and they haven't a clue what they doing... Spent over an hour just to open a normal account. Also they are also wanting to ask so many questions on what is irrelevant to opening an account. They were also asking each other for help and none knew what to do. Ridiculous
