They open at 10am according to Google so i called to cancel my appointment for 10 30 am but I get charged because I needed to cancel 1 hour beforehand but there apparently open from 9am which doesn't show on business opening hours

Our Welfare Clinic is open for appointments only:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:00pm
Consultation fee: £15 to see vet. All drugs are at a subsidised cost.
Fridays 3:00pm-4:00pm for Neutering Vouchers and Flea and Worming treatment only. No appointment required. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO VET ON SITE ON A FRIDAY.
